- Abstract
The article discusses study on prevalence of Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis amphibian chytrid fungus infection in amphibians from at Bidoup-Nui Ba National Park, other sites in Vietnam and Cambodia. It mentions the skin swabs were taken, DNA was extracted and amplified using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It adds low prevalence of infection in amphibians.
