- Abstract
Hair disorders after chemotherapy are a secondary effect that cause increased morbidity, with physical alterations, psychological stress and decreased self-esteem. Chemotherapy, besides producing alopecia, may also cause structural and morphological changes in hair. This paper reports the case of five patients with hair disorders induced by chemotherapy and a bibliographical review of this entity.
