- Abstract
The article presents a study which explores the benefits of using treatment center performance feedback in hemodialysis care in the U.S. The role of medical directors at hemodialysis units in facilitating the understanding and use of treatment center performance feedback is outlined. Guidelines on how to use feedback reports to improve the quality of care are offered.
