- Abstract
The article presents a case of a recurrent cerebellitis linked with primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) in a 21-year-old woman, who was admitted to a hospital due to headache followed by gait disturbance and vertigo. The patient underwent neurological examination, showing downbeat nystagmus on downward gaze, diplopia on right horizontal gaze and moderate limb and truncal ataxia. She was diagnosed with acute cerebellitis and treated with oral prednisolone and intravenous methylprednisolone.
