- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 10-year-old, healthy female of Chinese descent presented to hospital following 6 days of fever and a 2-week history of right-sided cervical lymphadenopathy. Topics include the pathology from patient's lymph node biopsy demonstrated necrotizing lymphadenitis of Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (KFD).; and KFD, known as histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis, presents as cervical lymphadenopathy with fever.
