- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old unemployed, heavily tattooed man who complained of psychological distress caused by tattoos on the dorsum of both hands. He used the trichloroacetic acid to remove his tattoo and after 10 minutes he sought medical attention because of burning sensation. It suggests that the chemical is not for removal of tattoo but for chemical burn itself.
