- Abstract
The article presents the author's discussion on the issue concerning the printing of academic documents. According to the author, collegiate registrars are now in the new digital world, in which their services were represented by computer systems. However, the author states that the printing of institutional documents like transcripts and diplomas is no longer remain as an acceptable practice because of security purposes. He discusses how to avoid fraudulence in digital printing. He stresses that collegiate registrars' adoptation to digital documents is inevitable.
