- Abstract
The article presents a study which classifies the genes linked in the moss Physcomitrella patens' (P. patens) two-component system (TCS), a signal transduction mechanism. The study explored a P. patens genome database to identify coding-sequences that are associated with cyotikinin signal transduction in comparison to that of Arabidopsis thaliana including hiskinases (HKs) genes and type-A and B RR genes. Result show that ethylene regulates the HK mechanism of an ethylene-receptor homolog.
