- Abstract
The article presents a study on the potential uses of adinopectin in Japan. It was hypothesized that adinopectin is essential in mediating atherosclerosis and insulin sensitivity. The research uses mouse 19 SMXA recombinant inbred strains which found the relationships between adinopectin levels and diabetes manifestations by observing the body mass index and levels of serum lipid, and quantitative trait loci analysis which determined the adenopectin levels regulated by loci.
