- Abstract
This article attempts to determine whether preparations containing cytophismic ribonucleic acids extracted from the spleen cells of rats in which allogeneic interactions were in progress could be substituted for allogeneic lymphocytes in abrogating tolerance. In preliminary experiments it was found that extracts prepared from spleen cells during the course of a response to aliogeneic lymphocytes were invariably much more potent than extracts similarly prepared from unstimulated allogeneic spleen cells.
