- Abstract
Brazil in the 21st century has presented, until now, different nuances of the new morphology of the work. The subjects of work, who lived with the increase in formal employment in the first decade of the century, enter the subsequent ten years with precarious forms of work, distancing themselves from labor and social security rights. They also lived with a series of discourse with the objective of strengthening neoliberal policies in the country, among which we highlight the association of the increase in income from work with the formation of a "new middle class", identified as a strategy for the expropriation of rights and public policies. This article proposes an understanding of the current forms of accumulation in the perspective of the expropriation of constitutional rights directed, at the subjects of work, based on residents in the Metropolitan Region of Goiânia in 2017. We problematize the realization of capital in Brazil today and the manifestations fundamental rights enshrined in the Federal Constitution, like work and social security, from the perspective of geographic analysis, provoking a debate about hegemonic groups, discourses aimed at manipulating the working class and strategies for maintaining and controlling of power in the country.
