- Abstract
The article discusses the case study of a 44-year-old patient with moderately high increased blood pressure. The patient also complained of insomnia linked to his financial conditions. The patient was found to be suffering from masked hypertension due to a combination of stress and sleep apnoea. Masked hypertension is a new subcategory of hypertension, diagnosed frequently because both of stress and of the access to modern methods of diagnosis.
