- Abstract
The study had as objective and challenge the understanding of the dynamics of reward and reward systems, which seeks to recognize added value by the individual. In order to balance the objective and the proposed intention, the value added concept was verified, in which it is associated with the reward and reward system, and how it is incorporated into this system. For this, we used the descriptive qualitative research, under the interpretative position. Its sampling was constituted by the concept of chain or networks, which included 11 HR Managers, 07 Organizational Consultants and 06 Academic Researchers, using the semi-structured qualitative interview. In order to codify and analyze the data, the content analysis was applied using Atlas.ti software. As a result of the research, six assumptions have been made, which may be deployed in objects of new research on value added.
