- Abstract
The article presents a study on Tai Chi as a falls prevention strategy in older adults compared to conventional physiotherapy exercise. Topics covered include the reported benefits of Tai Chi such as improvements in balance, dual task working, and proprioception and the need for a multidimensional falls prevention programme that could be more beneficial for falls prevention in the elderly.
