- Authors

- Abstract
This article analyzes Laura Restrepo's novel "Pecado" from an ekphrastic perspective, highlighting its relationship with El Bosco's painting "The Garden of Earthly Delights." It argues that the novel relates to pictorial images and recognizes the curatorial work carried out by the author. The presence of individual and choral voices in the novel is mentioned, as well as themes such as violence, social inequality, and patriarchal criminality that reflect contemporary Colombian society. Additionally, a connection is established between the novel and the painting, highlighting the thematic relationship between the two.
