- Abstract
Vývoj chytrých nositelných zařízení je aktuálním trendem, který ovlivňuje různá odvětví a obory lidské činnosti. Jejich plný potenciál však zdaleka není dosažen. Příkladem je zdravotnictví, konkrétně navazující péče o pacienty. V této fázi počet pacientů výrazně převyšuje kapacity odborníků, a proto alternativní přístupy, jako telemedicína a telerehabilitace, nabývají na důležitosti. Konkrétně po vypuknutí pandemie Covid-19 začali přibývat pacienti s tzv. post covidovými dýchacími obtížemi. Na tuto skupinu pacientů a jejich rehabilitaci se zaměřuje aktuálně probíhající projekt s označením TERESA. Cílem projektu je využití těchto moderních technologií pro domácí doléčení pacientů podle principů vycházejících z ambulantní plicní rehabilitace. U pacientů jsou v průběhu dne sledovány vitální hodnoty za pomoci chytrých fitness náramků, a navíc jsou jednou denně vyzváni k vyplnění dotazníků, které rozšiřují automaticky získávaná data. Všechna data jsou odesílána do centrální databáze, ke které mohou ošetřující lékaři přistupovat pomocí webové aplikace. Při pilotním testování, které proběhlo na kontrolní skupině a na nemocných pacientech bez komorbidit, byl objeven vysoký potenciál i pro další oblasti. Fyzická aktivita není důležitá jen pro rehabilitaci pacientů s dýchacími potížemi, ale i pro rehabilitaci sportovců po zraněních, či po nepřiměřené fyzické zátěži. Změnou algoritmů může systém sloužit právě ve sportu, pro preventivní péči o zdraví sportovců. Příspěvek je podpořen projektem č.2107 Integrace výzkumných směrů KIT a podpora studentských vědeckých aktivit II a dále podpořena projektem Ministerstva obrany ČR "Dlouhodobý plán rozvoje organizace 1011" - Klinické obory II Fakulty vojenského zdravotnictví Hradec Králové Univerzity obrany.
