- Abstract
The article examines the policies and programs outlined by the Ghanaian government aimed at making the country an attractive place to the historic African Diaspora. Topics discussed include the use of European castles and forts to meet individual and collective historic African Diaspora aspirations and the emergence of Ghana as an important symbol of African Diaspora. Information is also presented on politics, neoliberalism, and tourism in Ghana.
