Presentation of an ulcerating cancer on the posterior wall of the body of the stomach upon upper gastrointestinal endoscopy; Suspicion of gastric cancers albeit no malignant cells were found from biopsy specimens; Results of the total gastrectomy with dissection of regional lymph nodes.
