- Abstract
The article discusses a study to determine the efficacy of using partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) on three phase current construction. The researchers investigated the partial discharge (PD) characteristics in three-phase construction under three-phase voltage. Study revealed that phase of applied voltage at PDIV and magnitude ratio of discharge current flowing on each phase can be an indicator of the particle position on the cross section of three phase construction.
