- Abstract
The authors discuss the stability of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction which is based on biomechanical modeling. They state that stress and strain distribution has been determined by finite element model of bones. The authors explore underlying mechanisms of knee function after ACL reconstruction.
