- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 46-year old male patient who was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. The patient suffered from acute abdominal pain after minor trauma while skiing. Signs of peritonitis were noted during physical examination of the patient. A laparotomy procedure was conducted as Crohn's disease diagnosis was made due to perforation of the patient's ileum.
