- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old woman with Wegener's granulomatosis of the meninges. The patient has experienced nausea and vomiting and has reported with no significant medical history. Patient's neurological examination revealed a paresis of the abducens and hypoglossal nerves on the left side of the brain. The patient was prescribed with low prednisolone medication which had led to complete remission of the lesion.
