- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 76-year-old woman who complained of dysphagia and dyspnea. Diagnostic imaging of the woman showed a posterior oblique indentation of the proximal esophagus and images through computed tomography revealed that a right subclavian artery was compressing the esophagus. The patient was relieved from dysphagia and dyspnea after a carotico-subclavian bypass was performed.
