- Abstract
Purpose: Improving the work and environments that pose ergonomic risks to improve the working lives and environments of the personnel increases the productivity of the personnel. In this study, the production process was examined and ergonomic risk assessment was made in a factory producing heat resistance. Methodology: Tasks with risky working postures were determined using REBA, NIOSH, OWAS, and OCRA methods which are the ergonomic risk assessment methods. Ardından ergonomik faktörleri dikkate alarak bu görevlerde çalışacak personelin atanması problemi ele alınmıştır. Findings: According to the results of ergonomic risk assessment methods, improvement suggestions were presented in the form of load lifting, transportation processes and arrangement of the working environment according to ergonomic rules and the task schedule of the personnel was created. Originality: In the study, a unique goal programming model has been proposed that considers both the tasks' ergonomic risks and the personnel's wishes. At the same time, a solution specific to a real-life problem is presented.
