- Abstract
The article focuses on the significance of technology for instructional design strategies for teachers in foreign language education. The use of technology in foreign language education offers huge possibilities for language development and connection to cultures around the world and for foreign language teachers it can enrich their teaching styles and make appealing student's learning styles like using PowerPoint presentations, Web-base activities, and electronic mail exchanges with classes in the other country. On the other hand, it provides example on the foreign language education program which is supported through a technology program at Wake Forest University in North Carolina.
