- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 58-year-old man who was presented to the emergency department with complaints of palpitations and chest discomfort. It concludes that ventricular tachycardia (VT) should always be considered in the differential diagnosis of narrow QRS tachycardia. Figures showing the patient's baseline electrocardiogram and surface electrocardiogram during tachycardia are also presented.
