- Abstract
CCTA now has multi-society guideline recommendations for the evaluation of coronary artery disease (CAD) in both patients with acute and stable chest pain [[2]]. Lastly, (N) nondiagnostic may be used as CAD-RADS category or as a modifier, which is new in this version of CAD-RADS 2.0. The recently updated CAD-RADS 2.0 [[3]] aims to update management recommendations by adding classification of plaque burden and ischemia evaluation using CT-derived fractional flow reserve (CT-FFR) or stress myocardial CT perfusion (CTP).
