- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old pregnant woman who was diagnosed with a large left renal mass at 17 weeks of gestation. Topics include the challenges and decisions involved in performing a radical nephrectomy; the successful surgical management of clear cell renal carcinoma and its subsequent impact on both maternal and fetal health; and the follow-up and surveillance for potential metastasis.
