- Abstract
This article presents a simple comprehensive scoring method that was developed to screen young low-risk endometrial cancer (EC) patients with fertility preservation. The study included 212 EC patients and investigated the correlation between ultrasonic signs, tumor biomarkers, and immunohistochemical molecular markers in EC patients. The results showed that tumor biomarkers were significantly correlated with the clinical and pathological features of EC patients. The accuracy of ultrasonography in predicting the depth of muscle infiltration and cervical invasion in EC lesions was high. The simple comprehensive scoring method can effectively distinguish low-risk and non-low-risk EC groups and quickly screen out young patients with EC who can preserve fertility. The authors suggest that this innovative approach can be recommended to low-income countries or regions with poor health systems to provide them with more help.
