- Abstract
In this paper, the length and content of basalt fiber are used as variables to study the effect of fiber on the working performance and mechanical properties of cement mortar under different hydration ages, and analyze its mechanism of action.The results show that: from the perspective of the fluidity of the jumping table, the fluidity of cement mortar gradually decreases with the increase of fiber content, and the 12 mm length fiber has a more significant effect on the fluidity of cement mortar; from the perspective of mechanical strength of 6 mm and 12 mm, the optimal content of fiber length is 0.1% and 0.05%,respectively.The compressive strength of 6 mm fiber is increased more obviously, and the flexural strength of 12 mm fiber is more obvious.The fiber length has an effect on the compression ratio of cement mortar.The effect of the cement mortar is more obvious, and the toughness of cement mortar mixed with 12 mm fiber length seems better.
