- Abstract
The article reports that Gin and tonic is concoction of plant alkaloids fizzing aqueous carbon dioxide, ethanol, citric acid and ice. Topics include considered that it is prepared by mixing gin with tonic water in an approx. 1:2 ratio and served over ice with a slice of lime; and examines that Gin is manufactured by twice distilling malt spirit with juniper berry and herb mixtures.
