- Abstract
The article discusses the plans of Southeast Asia to establish green development. It mentions that Southeast Asia is one of the regions hardest hit by climate change, in this regard the region developed funding for mitigation and adaptation efforts and currently at 5 per cent of projected needs and added that carbon markets can be a source of funding. It also notes that China and India currently dominate the carbon market with 60 per cent of total Clean Development Mechanism (CDM).
