- Abstract
The article presents a number of court cases related to the various issues in the field of marketing. The author cites the cases of M. Robert Goodfriend v. The Kansas City Star Co., The Crummer Co. v. Jessie Ball DuPont, and Colonial Drive-In Theatres Inc. v. Warner Bros. Pictures Inc. These cases all deal with various aspects of antitrust law, including the statute of limitations on antitrust suits and fraudulent concealment. Also noted is the case of United States v. The Procter & Gamble Company, in which the investigation of antitrust violations is discussed.
