- Abstract
The technological era and the constant flow of data, creates a new perspective of analysis and knowledge development, organizations face constant technological challenges to define their strategies and courses of action. The success of a company or organization lies in its ability to adapt to change, its innovation and constant transformation. The quality of customer service took a different meaning in the companies that offer financial services with the Big Data application. Customer knowledge is visualized as a strategy for developing markets and products, but in the case of Banking, it can also support to mitigate risks and regulatory compliance.
