- Abstract
This document aims to show benchmarking as an option within the business management to obtain information of the State that saves the quality in the service of an organization. One of the business processes is to get useful information that helps an organization improve its strategies. This information is obtained through studying the behaviors and actions of those organizations that identify themselves as the best. This does not mean copying ideas from our competitors, but learning from them in order to be able to create maximum efficiency in a company. Therefore, compared with the best organizations is to have the opportunity to grow, to satisfy the expectations of the customers and finally to strengthen the quality in the service.
