- Abstract
We thank Prof. Yagel for his positive comments on our Opinion outlining the role of transvaginal neurosonography in assessing fetuses with a suspicion of mild ventriculomegaly[1]. We appreciate his concern regarding the use of external cephalic version (ECV) in fetuses with breech presentation undergoing neurosonography. We agree that ECV at or before term should be used judiciously and only after informed consent has been obtained from the woman following a thorough preprocedural counseling session with the labor ward and anesthesiology teams.
