- Abstract
The article reports on the results of a study of the PEG-treated immunoliposomal systems capable of specific binding to Schwann cells of neural tissue. A description of the study design and measurement method is presented. The study showed that the developed immunoliposomal containers capable of directionally transporting the biologically active compounds into the cells of both the central and peripheral nervous system bind to the myelin basic protein (MBP)-producing Schwann cells.
