- Abstract
This article, published in the Journal of Cancer, discusses the role of HMGA1 protein in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and its correlation with glycolysis progression in LUAD cells. The study analyzes HMGA1 mRNA expression in tumor tissues and normal samples, finding that HMGA1 expression is higher in LUAD tissues and is associated with poor survival outcomes. The study also investigates the biological pathways related to HMGA1 and its role in promoting cell glycolysis progression. The findings suggest that HMGA1 may serve as a potential diagnostic marker and prognostic factor for LUAD, and further research is needed to understand its mechanisms and pathways.
