- Abstract
This article presents a case study on the treatment of infertility in a patient with idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (IHH). The study used a tailored treatment approach involving high-dose human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG), letrozole, and adjustments in follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) ratios. The treatment resulted in successful ovulation and pregnancy. The authors suggest that this approach could be beneficial for a wider range of IHH patients and should be further investigated in larger clinical studies.
