A biography is presented of the British spy, poet and army Major John André. He was born on October 2, 1750 in England and attended the University of Geneva. After his involvement in military intelligence exchanges with the American General Benedict Arnold during the American Revolutionary War, he was convicted and hung for treason by the British.
