- Abstract
A case study of a 39-year-old female with a 13-year history of chronic pain is presented and diagnosed with various maladies including celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome. It offers the use of a remote islet isolation facility towards resolution of chronic pain and independence from insulin after completion pancreatectomy and islet autotransplant.
