The article offers a case study of a 84-year-old woman transferred to emergency department and presented with dyspnea with cough. It highlights about Pericardial effusion as a common finding in everyday clinical practice and has the risk of developing unexpected cardiac tamponade along with her symptoms of cardiac tamponade.
