- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 75-year-old woman suffering from severe pain and contracture in both thighs associated with progressive difficulty in walking for the past three weeks. It relates that the elderly woman was diagnosed of an unusual muscular presentation of hypopituitarism due to empty sella and secondary adrenal insufficiency.
