- Abstract
The article presents a study concerning the change in the electronic state of indomethacin molecules under plastic deformation with the use of H NMR data and high-precision quantum-chemical calculations. It mentions that the stability of indomethacin after mechanical activation was tested by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on a Milichrom A-02 chromatograph. Moreover, the study performs quantum-chemical calculations of indomethacin and methyl derivative of pyrrole.
