- Abstract
The article focuses on several male patients with type two diabetes milletus who were applied with bilayer matrix wound dressing to close the complicated diabetic foot wounds. A 46-year-old man was performed with a revisional transmetatarsal amputation. A 54-year-old man was performed with anterior tibial artery anglopasty to improve distal perfusion. A 24-year-old man was performed with debridement to remove additional infected tissue due to continued leucocytosis.
