- Abstract
In this work the viscoelastic and the rheological behavior of the new standard crosslinked and formulated trifunctional epoxy resin are studied. Initially this epoxy prepolymer was crosslinked and formulated by adding methylene dianiline as a hardener in the presence of natural phosphate fillers at a different percentage (5 %, 10 % and 15 %) in order to optimize and to control the system dispersed in the macromolecular matrix. We have focused on the viscoelastic and the rheological properties that play an important role in the phenomenon of flow and the implementation of the macromolecular matrix. It is very important to specify the influence of natural phosphate in the viscoelastic and rheological behavior of the nanocomposites and the natural phosphate. Several thermodynamic parameters, namely: the glass transition temperature, the activation energy, the enthalpy variation, the entropy variation and the free energy variation were determined.
