- Title
Targeting Driving Pressure for the Management of ARDS…Isn't It Just Very Low Tidal Volume Ventilation?
- Authors

- Abstract
The article offers information on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) that remains a worldwide health concern, with intensive care unit (ICU) admissions and mortality rates. Topics include examines that clinicians still fail to recognize ARDS, and treatment with lung-protective ventilation to minimize ventilator-induced lung injury (VILI) remains underutilized; and reports that researchers continue to look for adjunctive or alternative treatments to reduce ARDS mortality.
