Discusses a medical case wherein a patient was diagnosed with opafication of both maxillary sinuses, a large and well-developed right agger nasi cell, and a vertical insertion of the right middle turbinate. Observations on the middle turbinate; Analysis of the agger nasi cell; Factor that causes the middle turbinate to hang directly vertical.
