- Abstract
The article discusses study which aims to investigate the impact of laboratory defined tobacco use on risk of multiple sclerosis. The study employs biobank blood samples, immunoassay, and matched logistic regression. Results reveal smoking is a risk factor for multiple and has the advantage of using analyses of cotinine levels in samples collected before disease onset.
