- Abstract
The article focuses on a study which examined the correlation between triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) and anti-GluN2 antibody in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with diffuse psychriatric and neuropsychological syndromes. Soluble form of TREM2 were measured in sera and cerebrospinal fluid using enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay. Study authors recommend the involvement of microglial activation in the severity of diffuse neuropsychiatric SLE.
